96 Monopole Towers Supplied for Telecom Project in New Zealand

Hebei Yunta supplied 96 monopole telecom towers for a telecommunications infrastructure project in New Zealand.

The project required reliable monopole structures manufactured for telecom network deployment, with particular attention to structural accuracy, fabrication quality, corrosion protection, packing and international transportation.

Our scope covered engineering coordination, tower fabrication, welding and dimensional inspection, hot-dip galvanizing, final quality control, packing and export delivery preparation.

Tower Fabrication & Welding

The monopole tower sections were manufactured according to approved project drawings and technical requirements.

During production, key dimensions, flange connections, welding quality and component alignment were carefully controlled to ensure accurate assembly of the tower sections.

Each major fabrication stage was inspected before the components proceeded to surface treatment.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing & Surface Protection

After fabrication and inspection, the monopole tower sections underwent hot-dip galvanizing to provide long-term corrosion protection.

Flanges, connection points and tower surfaces were inspected after galvanizing to ensure coating quality and proper fit between tower sections.

Before packing, the components were checked again to confirm that the tower sections were ready for export shipment.

Export Packing & Protection

To reduce the risk of damage during long-distance transportation, the monopole tower sections were securely packed using reinforced wooden packaging.

Flanges and connection surfaces were protected before packing, while smaller components and accessories were separately secured to prevent movement during transportation.

The packing method was prepared specifically for international container shipment.

Container Loading & International Shipment

After final inspection and packing, the tower components were prepared for container loading and international transportation to New Zealand.

The loading arrangement was planned according to the dimensions and weight of the packed tower sections, helping improve container utilization while protecting the products during transit.

All shipment preparations were completed before export delivery.
